Southend West SSP Live on Southend Radio!

On Saturday 22nd September, the Southend West School Sports Partnership were asked into the Southend Radio studios to talk LIVE on air about the School Run initiative they have put in place, alongside Sarah Potts of Active Life who provide some of the run leaders.

Adam and Sarah were quized about the School Run and the Buggy Active sessions during the afternoon sports show which is broadcasted to approximately 50,000 listeners across the local area!

Run Sessions (for beginners/intermediate level)

Monday

9am - Shoebury - Opposite Coast Guard Station

6:30pm - Chalkwell Park (Ladies Only)

Wednesday

9:20am - Eastwood Park (carpark) - behind The Eastwood Academy

Friday

9am - Shoebury - Opposite Coast Guard Station

9:20am - Leigh - Marine Parade - Opposite The Grove

The Buggy Active sessions below are all with buggy and are power walking, toning and some gentle running.

Tuesday

1pm - Leigh - Marine Parade - Opposite The Grove

Thursday

10:45am - Chalkwell Park

Friday

10am - Southend Cliffs Pavillion
