Wednesday 24th Oct Tag Rugby POSTPONED

Dear All

We have just arrived back from visiting Southend Rugby Football Club and unfortunately have been advised by the club that the pitches are unsafe for play due to the heavy rain that has occurred and the damage from a festival that happened on Sunday. We have also visited both Westcliff  & Rochford Rugby clubs and their pitches are also unsafe for play.

Due to the risk assessments carried out this morning we have had no option but to postpone this competition to a provisional date of the 15th November. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused schools, pupil’s and parents and hope that the 15th November will be suitable for all 20 teams.

If any school cannot make this date could you please let me know asap.

We wish you all a much deserved half term and looking forward to seeing you all on the 7th November for the Year 5 & 6 Girls football competition.

Kind Regards
