This workshop is organised by Essex Athletics Network with the aim to develop and improve the skills of Throwers and enhance the knowledge of their teachers looking towards the School competition season. It will include a practical outdoor session and will be led by Rob Earle CCSO for England Athletics who has years of experience in coaching young throwers. Just £25.

Southend HAF scheme for the Winter holidays 21 December -30 December 2022. If your child reicieves a free school meal they are entitiled to attend a HAF programme for FREE during the winter holidays.
