Girls Football Festival

100 Year 5 & 6 Girls took part in the Girls Football festival on Friday.

Held at the Len Forge Football Centre the girls from across schools in the Southend Borough spent the day playing each other.

Prince Avenue were awarded a place at the Girls Football competition later in the month, we wish them luck.

Since becoming a FA Girls Football Hub the partnership is overwhelmed with the uptake in girls football. "We spent a lot of time engaging those who may have not played before to get involved and we are seeing the impact"
