New Age Kurling Gold medalist Chalkwell

At todays New Age Kurling competition thirteen schools battled it out to become champions. New Age Kurling which is an inclusive sport offers the opportunity for every child to compete.

Participating Schools: Barons Court, Blenheim, Bournemouth Park, Bournes Green, Chalkwell Hall, Earls Hall, Friars, Greenways. Hamstel, Leigh North Street, Our Lady of Lourdes, Scared Heart and Westborough.

We wish Chalkwell Hall and Greenways the best of luck at the Essex finals.

Glorious Goalball

Pupils from 6 of our school took part in the paralympic sport Goalball. A 3v3 game in which players use eye shields and a bell ball. As the pupils play without their sight the bell in the ball directs them towards the direction of the ball.
