Young Ambassador in Action!

In a perfect example of the Southend West SSP in action, Robyn Marsh from Belfairs High School can be seen in the picture taking the WL Infants (Yr 2) through their fantastic routine at the Southend Creative Dance Festival.

Robyn is a Young Ambassador for the partnership and has spent the majority of her time teaching her neighbours at WL Infants some of her dance moves. Robyn herself is an expert dancer and competes at national / international level. She has helped create a legacy for dance at the school, with several teachers / lsa's now equipped to take dance forward in the school in future years.

Robyn was selected as head girl at Belfairs High School after seeing her in action as a Young Ambassador in 2008/9 and she has continued to excel. We wish her luck for her GCSE's this summer and will welcome her back into Belfairs Post 16 in September.

In the meantime.....keep dancing!
