Aquathlon Fun

Congratulations to all schools and pupils who took part in the second Aquathlon today. Some excellent performances to accompany the weather!

Ninety students from across the two partnerships competed in a swim and run at Belfairs High School. Many of whom have never competed in an Aquathlon before and impressed us with their enthusiasm and professionalism.

Two performances that shone as bright as the sun was that of Spencer Owen and Sarita Aggarwal. Spencer was the first male back in an impressive five minutes and thirty two seconds. Spencer who attends St Mary's School and is also part of the SWSSP Gifted and Talented academy.

Sarita Aggarwal competed in an outstanding time of six minutes and twenty seven seconds finishing eight overall.

A big thank you to Anthony Bees who ran the competition with the help of Sport leaders from Belfairs High School. Special thanks to the SWSSP and SESSP team and to all the staff and parents who came to support their students and children.
