Year 3/4 B Team Mixed Football

Friday 11th of February brought together some of the best footballing talent in years 3 and 4 from the schools in the Borough of Southend.The children displayed a range of skills and excellent teamwork. with the support of tem managers and spectators there was an excellent atmosphere.All the teams did very well after a close competition the semi finals were between Bournemouth Park v Thorpe Greenways and Bournes Green V Porters Grange.The semi finals were very lively and lead to a final between Bournemouth Park and Bournes GreenAfter a tense match it went to a 2 minute golden goal situation in which bournemouth park came out on top with the winning goal.Fun was had by all and the performances of the players involved shone through to make today a fantastic one for all who were involved.BySouthend High School for Boys Sixth Form Students.
